Charest Consulting is my post-second retirement project. This second retirement is from a thirty-one-year career working in acquisition programs for both the US Navy and Coast Guard. Which followed a twenty-two-year career in the US Navy. My goal is to continue working on a part-time / short-term project basis, to continue sharing what I’ve learned over my careers.
