This is a spreadsheet-formatted worksheet listing all the documentation required to complete a training program and turn it over from the acquisition program office responsibility to the training community. Developing a training program as part of a weapons system program is a complex process. Until the training community takes responsibility for managing the training program, the acquisition program office is required to support and fund the training.
